Job Overview

We are a printing company specializing in inkjet printing products, including backdrops, flags, roll-up banners, tension fabric, and other event and promotional printing products.

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service team member to handle customer enquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable printing products, and assist customers throughout the ordering process.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and social media.

• Willing to learn about the company's printing products and services.

• Responsible, friendly, and able to work well within a team.

• Mandarin-speaking ability will be an added advantage.

• Previous experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage but is not required.

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online chat.

• Respond to customer enquiries generated through Facebook and other social media advertising channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing products.

• Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the ordering process.

• Prepare quotations and basic order details.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams when necessary.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Sales commission.
• KPI performance bonus.
• Competitive salary of RM2500 – RM3500
