Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on development, configuration, integration, and technical support across multiple ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and technical support across multiple modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other platform components.
• Develop and troubleshoot REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and enterprise system integrations.
• Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of platform, application, workflow, and integration issues.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing, and post-upgrade remediation.
• Support DevOps/CI-CD, source control, deployment automation, and promotion of changes across ServiceNow environments.

Required Skills & Experience

'- Provide hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, integration and technical support across multiple modules.

- Strong working knowledge of ITSM, IRM/GRC and CSM, with experience in enterprise ServiceNow environments.

- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and other platform components.

- Develop and troubleshoot REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and enterprise system integrations.

- Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of platform, application, workflow and integration issues.

- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, releases, regression testing and post-upgrade remediation.

- Support DevOps/CI-CD, source control, deployment automation and promotion of changes across ServiceNow environments.

• Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-SPM, or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules is a plus.
