Job Scope:

• Execute risk-based internal audits, risk management assurance, corporate governance and consulting engagements
• Evaluate operational effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Identify financial and operational risks and recommend risk mitigation and cost-saving measures
• Prepare and present audit reports and findings
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management actions
• Work closely with management and the audit committee
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members
• Support ad-hoc assignments and projects when required

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, controls or related functions
2. Experience managing internal or external audit engagements from planning through completion
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
4. CPA, CIA or CISA certification is preferred
5. Strong knowledge of risk, internal controls, accounting and corporate governance
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills
7. Good command of English
8. Mandarin proficiency would be an added advantage
9. Willing to travel when required
