About The Job
This position focuses on managing key B2B client relationships, driving product introduction projects, and ensuring seamless supply chain coordination. It offers a great balance of client engagement, project tracking, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end B2B client accounts and build strong long-term relationships.
- Coordinate new product introductions with engineering and business development teams.
- Monitor client demand forecasts and track deliveries with production and supply chain teams.
- Resolve quality issues and complaints by working closely with internal quality units.
- Support business development by identifying upselling and expansion opportunities with existing clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service.
- Background in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or protective packaging industries.
- Ability to read technical drawings and strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Good communication skills with the ability to manage regional projects and stakeholders.
