Role Description The Financial Representative at Insight Genesis - IGAi is a full-time, remote role focused on guiding users through their financial journeys within the platform’s intelligent ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing user financial profiles, explaining tailored recommendations, and helping individuals understand options related to budgeting, savings, investments, retirement planning, and insurance. The role involves conducting needs-based financial assessments, clarifying AI-generated insights, and translating complex financial concepts into accessible, actionable guidance. The Financial Representative will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine financial products and tools, contribute feedback to improve AI models, and support educational content that empowers users in unbanked and emerging markets. This role also includes maintaining accurate records, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards, and providing responsive, empathetic support through digital communication channels.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Prior experience serving unbanked or underserved populations, or strong interest in financial inclusion, is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, insurance licenses) are a plus.
