R&D Equipment is a Singapore-based company specializing in concrete pump rental, parts, and accessories. Established in 2015, it operates a fleet of truck-mounted concrete pumps and offers maintenance services to ensure top equipment performance.
Job Summary
You will maintain and service concrete pumping equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations, perform inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support installation and testing of new machinery.
Responsibilities
Perform regular maintenance on construction equipment to ensure operational reliability
Conduct routine inspections on machinery to identify and prevent potential issues
Carry out servicing to prevent equipment breakdowns and support continuous operation
Install, assemble, and test new machines and equipment to ensure proper functionality
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults on machinery to minimize downtime
Complete repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance tasks on schedule while adhering to safety standards
Work on construction sites and perform overtime as required to meet operational demands
Collaborate effectively with team members to support maintenance and operational goals
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Preferably at least 3 years of experience working on truck Euro 2 - Euro 5 Diesel Engines across various chassis brands
Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems and hydraulic pumps

R&D Equipment was led by a team consisting of more than 15 years of experience in concrete pump various departments such as the Maintenance, Sales, and Operation Team. We are specializing in Concrete Pump Rental and Concrete Pump parts and accessories, with a group of well-trained maintenance crews, to service and maintain our equipment to the top performance. Our company owns a various fleet of concrete pumps for hire to meet market demand. Additionally, we do supply other concrete pumping equipment such as stationary pump, mechanical concrete distributor (RV-10), and Moli pump to better fulfill our client requirements.
