Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce & Logistic Executive to manage and optimize online sales platforms and logistics operations, ensuring accurate product listings, smooth order fulfillment, and supporting digital sales growth through effective merchandising and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms including website, Shopify, and apps to maintain accuracy and appeal
• Verify pricing, product descriptions, images, and inventory details to ensure consistency and correctness
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and banners that drive sales
• Monitor and resolve issues related to orders, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries promptly
• Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize product visibility using webpage enhancements, keyword strategies, and platform tools
• Oversee logistics and warehouse operations by coordinating with retail teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Manage stock levels and warehouse workflows to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, manage contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Schedule deliveries, coordinate transport logistics, and optimize delivery routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Collaborate across departments such as operations and sales to ensure seamless business processes
• Prepare and present data reports on logistics performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and inventory status
• Use data analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize storage space and reduce transport costs
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including warehouse staff and international suppliers, to facilitate smooth operations
• Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in business, marketing, warehouse & logistics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales operations
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with marketplace dashboards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience in logistics arrangement
