Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Advisory: Warmly engage prospective buyers, actively listen to their needs, and recommend optimal vehicle models and options.

• Demonstrations & Test Drives: Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance, features, and cutting-edge technology.

• Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, structure financing options alongside our finance department, and finalize transactions in line with company policies.

• Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships through proactive follow-ups, generating repeat business and strong referrals.

• Market & Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on vehicle specs, aftermarket products, financing packages, and promotional incentives.

• Performance: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets to drive team growth and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive or retail sales preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
