岗位职责
Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team.
1. Respond to customer requests, complaints and inquiries via phone, email, CRM system and other sources professionally and in a timely manner.
2. Provide client information about the services and obtain details of complaints.
3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details and enquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions into the CRM system.
4. Follow up the sale leads and defect list (if any)
5. Arrange New Appointment and Defects with client and the respective department for site inspection
6. Assist in preparation of Quotation for Client
7. Follow up quotations, confirmations and payment status with client
8. Maintain open communication with clients for unpaid invoices and duly inform the Sales department when payment is overdue
9. Preparation of sale and sale-related reports on timely basis
10. Any other Ad Hoc duties
Job Requirements:
Good communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
Able to handle pressure
Benefits
Rate $15 - $22/hr
