Job Overview
We are looking for a Game Operations Manager to support the planning and day-to-day operation of gamified marketing campaigns and interactive digital experiences. This role will coordinate with creative, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and provide an engaging experience for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of gamified campaigns and interactive marketing activities.
• Manage campaign schedules, content updates, launches, and ongoing activities.
• Work closely with creative, marketing, product, and technical teams on campaign execution.
• Monitor user engagement, campaign performance, and participation data.
• Review operational data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate testing and quality checks before new campaigns or features go live.
• Identify operational issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
• Gather user feedback and recommend improvements to campaign experiences.
• Maintain campaign documentation, operational records, and performance information.
• Support the development and improvement of operational processes for future campaigns.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Game Management, or a related field.
• Experience in game operations, digital marketing, campaign management, content operations, or a related area is preferred.
• Good understanding of digital platforms, user engagement, and campaign operations.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital collaboration tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
