Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing, accounts receivable and payment collection.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Handle customer account reconciliation and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and update transactions in the accounting system.
• Assist with accounts payable, supplier invoices and payment documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Assist with monthly account closing and preparation of accounting reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on billing, payment and accounting matters.
• Support general accounting and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in accounting or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and payment follow-up skills.
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
