Attend to customers, understand their needs and provide friendly, professional service.
Handle retail sales, product enquiries, cashiering and daily store operations.
Maintain product displays, stock availability and overall outlet cleanliness.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail, customer service, sales or related experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Able to handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve basic service issues.
Comfortable working in a retail environment and supporting daily store operations.
Responsible, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
