Requirements

  • 拥有 2–8 年客户服务经验，旅游、奢华品牌或酒店行业经验优先

  • 具备优秀的英语与粤语沟通能力，懂华语者优先考虑

  • 能接受夜班及周末工作安排，以支援全天候客户咨询服务

  • 具备良好的问题解决能力及高度细心

  • 熟悉 CRM 系统（如 HubSpot）及现代通讯平台操作

  • 积极主动，学习能力强，能够适应快节奏工作环境

Responsibilities

  • 通过电子邮件、WhatsApp 及线上客服平台为客户提供专业服务

  • 跟进旅游咨询并提供个性化旅游建议，促成订单成交

  • 处理完整预订流程，包括行程调整、付款及确认安排

  • 提供高品质且个性化的客户体验，符合高端旅游品牌定位

  • 与 CRM 及营运团队紧密合作，确保客户资料准确及交接顺畅

  • 收集客户反馈并向产品团队提供建议，以优化旅游产品

  • 确保所有文件及内部报告准确无误
