Responsibilities:

Perform front-desk duties such Patient Registration, Booking Appointments, Dispensing Medicine, Billing and Payment Collection
Attend to enquiries
Assist Doctors with chaperone and simple procedures
Administrative duties such as claims submission, stock take and Clinic audit
Deliver high quality of patient care experience
Other duties as assigned



Requirements:

Minimum 'O' levels or equivalent
Good interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer-service mindset
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.
Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role.
Full Time and Part Time role available.
Full Time staff need to commit 44 hours per week, on 5.5/6 Days work week.
Able to commit over the weekends and night sessions.
