Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to company standards.

• Provide friendly customer service and handle customer orders.

• Operate cashier and manage daily transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café area.

• Assist with daily café operations, stock checking, and restocking.

• Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.

• Support the team to achieve daily sales and operational targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a Barista or F&B Crew.

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.

• Willing to learn and grow with the company.

• Knowledge or experience in R&D will be an added advantage.
