任职资格

  • Diploma or above.

  • 4–6 years of Customer Service / Order Processing experience.

  • Experience handling high-volume orders and quotations.

  • Good communication skills and able to multitask.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Additional language proficiency is an advantage.

岗位职责

  • Handle customer enquiries and purchase order processing.

  • Prepare quotations, RFQs, and purchase orders.

  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, Sales, Shipping, and Accounts.

  • Resolve order, delivery, and pricing issues.
