Job Scope:

Provide administrative support for the Medical Department

Maintain and file confidential documents and records

Update medical insurance records and process claims

Track doctors' specimen signatures and manage enquiries

Coordinate meeting arrangements and venue bookings

️ Requirements

Prior experience in customer service, or administrative support will be an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications / SAP
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
