Watch Exchange Pte Ltd is a leading boutique specialising in the buying, selling and trading of pre-owned luxury watches. We are committed to providing professional, reliable and personalised service to our customers.
We are looking for a
friendly, well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage the reception area and attend to incoming calls and enquiries
Handle customer registration and basic administrative duties
Assist the Sales team with customer enquiries and appointments
Coordinate incoming visitors, deliveries and general office matters
Provide administrative and operational support to the team
Maintain a neat, organised and welcoming reception area
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with customers
Well-presented with a positive and professional attitude
Organised, responsible and able to multitask
Customer service or retail experience will be an advantage
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Working Details
Working Location:
Far East Plaza, Orchard
Working Hours:
10:30am – 7:30pm
Work Schedule:
5-day work week
