Are you a driven Sales Engineer / Business Development professional with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, HVAC controls, or smart building solutions?

YOUR ROLE

You will play a key role in driving business growth by introducing innovative BMS and building automation solutions to commercial, industrial, and high-value building projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
• Promote BMS, automation, HVAC controls, and smart building solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through negotiation and closing
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Build a strong pipeline and achieve sales targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in BMS / Building Automation / HVAC Controls / ELV / M&E / Controls / Automation
• Confident in client-facing and business development activities
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Able to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer value
• Experienced in dealing with consultants, contractors, developers, or end users
• Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to win new business

Experience in BMS, smart buildings, HVAC controls, or automation products is highly preferred.
