Job Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from start to completion. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and key deliverables while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and take corrective action when needed.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project scope changes and assess their impact on cost, timeline, and resources.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and manufacturing-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• Experience in new energy, battery, automotive, or high-end manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience managing NPI projects from 0 to 1 is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or SAP PM is an advantage.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, and regional stakeholders.
• Good command of English is preferred.
