Architectural BIM Modeller

Location: Singapore

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Perform model updates based on design changes and project requirements.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Architectural BIM modelling.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in building construction projects.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
