SOCIAL MEDIA LIVE HOST

We are looking for a confident, energetic and sales-driven Social Media Live Host to represent our brands across social media platforms. The role focuses on live hosting, product presentation, audience engagement and sales conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLive Hosting & Sales

• Conduct live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Present and demonstrate products by explaining their features, benefits and usage in an engaging manner.
• Interact with viewers, answer questions and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Promote products and use effective sales techniques to generate orders and achieve sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and encourage upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on leads when required.

Content & Marketing

• Work with the Marketing Team to plan live sessions, promotions and campaigns.
• Support the creation of short-form videos and other social media content.
• Keep updated with social media trends and develop ideas to improve reach, engagement and sales.

Performance

• Monitor live-stream performance, including viewers, engagement, enquiries, orders, conversion and sales.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product demand and market trends.
• Work towards agreed sales and live-streaming KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in live streaming, sales, hosting, e-commerce or content creation is preferred.
• Experience with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram or Facebook Live is an advantage.
• Strong sales drive and willingness to work towards targets.
• Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other languages are an added advantage.
• Confident, camera-friendly and comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to think quickly and respond appropriately during live sessions.
• Pleasant personality with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Positive, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work according to live-streaming schedules, including evenings, weekends or public holidays when required.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
