Hi Eggxcite Cafe are looking for new team member for our kitchen,

Food Preparation:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with cafe recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation.

Menu Execution:

• Follow the cafe's menu specifications to consistently produce high-quality dishes.
• Coordinate with the head chef or executive chef to update and modify the menu as needed.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders to meet customer expectations.

General Hygiene:

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and restaurant space.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food storage and handling procedures.
• Regularly clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other kitchen staff, including executive chef, head chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery.

Quality Control:

• Monitor and control the quality of dishes at every stage of preparation.
• Address any issues or discrepancies in food quality promptly.

Adaptability:

• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changes in the menu, kitchen procedures, or daily operations.
