Your role

Sufficient capacity of team management to leading onsite team for daily operation.
Carry out tasks in conjunction with Edwards Best Operating Practice.
Good communication skill to cooperate with functional team internaly. Customer relationship build up, work cloesly with customer in customer site. Understand customers' requests and feedback to Service Manager.
Provide regular reports and status of activities.
Required to actively participate in ongoing improvement in the standard of our health, safety and loss control management systems.
Provide feed back on safety issues affecting your place of work or with Edwards’ equipment.
Required to work both as part of a team and on your own, self motivated and self disciplined and a customer sensitive approach to work is required.

To succeed, you will need

Skills and experience
Experience in field service activities also familiar product knowledge.
Experience of working with Computers with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Good command of both written and spoken English is an advantage. Understanding of engineering drawings, both electrical and mechanical, and schematic layouts is essential.
Working in the areas of electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls and electronics will be required.

Key competence required for the role
Soft skill is required for team leading and communications.
Inter-personal and communication skills are required in order to build sound relationships with customers.
A good understanding in a relevant engineering discipline.

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Taichung. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area.
