Your new role

• Lead a team delivering customs verification and documentation review services.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, FTAs, and international trade requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality customs support.
• Manage external service providers and drive service performance.
• Lead customs-related projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Oversee risk management, audits, corrective actions, and compliance controls.
• Serve as a key contact for customs authorities and regulatory inquiries.
• Provide customs advice, training, and guidance to internal teams.
• Analyse performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customs operations, trade compliance, or customs performance management.
• Leadership or team management experience.
• Knowledge of FTAs, Preferential Rules of Origin, COO processes, and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with HS classification, customs valuation, and import/export documentation.
• Experience managing projects, process improvements, or regulatory initiatives.
• Willingness to work in regional business hours
