Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience as a Barista or in F&B is an added advantage.

Friendly, responsible, and able to communicate well with customers and team members.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Food Handler Certificate (and Typhoid injection) — or willing to obtain immediately.

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.

Take customer orders and provide friendly and efficient customer service.

Handle cashier duties and process customer payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and café.

Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking ingredients and supplies.

Confident on espresso machine, milk steaming, and basic latte art.
