Job Summary

As an F&B Service Crew at Marché, you will deliver excellent customer service and create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests. You will assist with food and beverage service, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and support daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities


Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Hosting guests, process payments, and handle customer enquiries.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
Replenish supplies and ensure product displays are well-presented.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.


Requirements


Positive attitude with good customer service skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Team player with good communication skills.
Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
