Professional Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Apparel Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, assortment, and commercial performance of apparel and accessories categories. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from market insights and trend analysis to assortment planning, product development, commercialisation, and performance management—to deliver revenue growth and strong customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define category strategy and lead the full product lifecycle for apparel and accessories.
• Conduct consumer and market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Develop assortment plans, sourcing strategies, and product development roadmaps.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, supply chain, and procurement teams to deliver commercially successful products.
• Monitor product performance, GMV, margins, and inventory productivity; drive continuous improvement.
• Manage product commercialisation, launch, and lifecycle decisions.
• Balance consumer appeal, quality, cost, and operational feasibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Apparel, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in Product Management, Product Development, Category Management, or Merchandising within apparel, fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of apparel product development, sourcing, trend analysis, and commercial metrics.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, commercial, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Other: Passion for fashion and consumer trends; ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
