Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sustainability Executive to support the implementation of our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The role will assist in sustainability reporting, data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance, and execution of environmental improvement projects across the organisation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability practices into business operations and support the company’s sustainability goals and reporting requirements.

What you'll do

• Help shape and carry out our sustainability roadmap, from carbon and energy reduction to waste and recycling
• Collect and analyse ESG data (energy, emissions, waste, materials) and track KPIs
• Prepare sustainability reports and performance updates for management, clients and tenders
• Support environmental certifications such as ISO 14001, Singapore Green Label, and FSC/PEFC timber sourcing
• Work with Procurement, Operations, HR and Facilities on supplier sustainability, material sourcing and green initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and auditors, and keep documentation audit-ready
• Keep up with Singapore regulations and disclosure requirements, and flag what affects us
• Drive staff engagement through CSR, recycling and green programmes

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business or a related field
• Around 2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management or reporting
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
• Analytical, organised and comfortable working across teams
• A genuine interest in sustainability and climate action

Nice to have

• Experience with GRI or ISSB-aligned reporting, carbon accounting, or certifications such as ISO 14001
• Familiarity with the Singapore Green Plan 2030 and local sustainability initiatives
