1. Material Management & Receiving

• Raw Material Oversight: Lead the team in receiving and verifying raw materials from the warehouse, ensuring correct quantities and specifications before processing.

2. Mixing & Process Execution

• Batch Coordination: Direct the mixing and processing activities according to the Master Recipe and Production Plan.
• Technical Monitoring: Monitor critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, mixing time) to ensure product consistency.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and address minor process deviations immediately to prevent batch failures.

3. SAP & Documentation

• System Accuracy: Perform and verify SAP transactions related to material consumption (BOM), batch creation, and job order closures.
• Traceability: Ensure all manual batch records and process logs are completed accurately and in real-time for audit readiness.

4. Quality & GMP Compliance

• Standards Enforcement: Enforce strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards within the processing area.
• Quality Checks: Conduct and supervise in-process quality checks (e.g., Brix, pH, viscosity) and coordinate with the QA lab for batch releases.
• Hygiene Leadership: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in mixing tanks and processing lines; oversee CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures.

5. Team Coordination & Safety

• Manpower Allocation: Assign tasks to processing operators and ensure the team is trained on safe chemical handling and machine operation.
• Safety Leadership: Ensure 100% compliance with PPE requirements and report any process hazards or "near-misses" to the Supervisor.
• Inventory Control: Monitor floor stock levels to prevent production delays and ensure a "First-In-First-Out" (FIFO) flow of ingredients.
• Waste Reduction: Oversee precise weighing and dispensing to minimize raw material variance and optimize yield.

Are you the one?

• Minimum qualification of a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia. Preferably Diploma holder .
• Minimum 3 years experience. For SPM qualification, at least 5 years’ experience in related field.
• Possess good leadership, organizing and supervision skill.
• Hand on experience on HACCP and GMP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
