What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance in-store.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, and usage clearly to customers.
• Maintain good knowledge of the company’s products and on going promotions.
• Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, arranged, and replenished when required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of the store.
• Assist with stock checking and other daily retail operations.
• Follow company procedures and service standards.
• Perform other retail-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or store management.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, beauty, skincare, or personal care is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and assisting customers.
• Customer-oriented with an interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, or personal care products.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work according to retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
