About the Role

The Executive, Marketing is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing activities for DKSH's Technology business unit, spanning the Scientific Solutions (SCS) and Semiconductor and Electronics (SCE) business lines in Malaysia. This role contributes directly to business growth through effective marketing communications, stakeholder engagement, digital campaign execution, and performance tracking.

What You Will Deliver

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, customer events, webinars, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives for the Technology business unit
• Develop marketing communications including email campaigns, social media content, event promotions, and marketing collateral that effectively engage target audiences and advance brand visibility
• Coordinate with sales teams, principals, vendors, and customers to ensure successful and timely execution of all marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance, track leads and opportunities, and prepare post-event and marketing Return on Investment (ROI) reports to support business decision-making
• Maintain marketing databases, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records, and campaign documentation to support business objectives and continuity
• Support market research, customer engagement initiatives, and other marketing projects as assigned

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of marketing experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing analytics is an advantage
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
• Willingness to travel and support on-site events, seminars, exhibitions, and customer engagements
• Willing to work for a contract role- 6 months.
