Responsibilities:

• Concept to Creation: Develop innovative product designs (including packaging structures) and commercial print assets based on briefs from clients and the Marketing & Sales team.

• Structural Engineering: Direct the development of packaging dielines, structural foundations and material specifications, ensuring both aesthetic luxury and structural integrity.

• Trend Research & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to align designs with international market trends, consumer insights, and brand licensing guidelines.

• Project Management: Lead and manage design projects independently, ensuring all milestones are met on time within tight schedules.

• Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle miscellaneous design requests and creative tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Packaging Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of solid, relevant working experience in creative product and packaging design (experience with licensed products/brands is highly preferred).

• Creative Talents: Strong artistic sense, highly creative in complex packaging structures, with excellent hand-sketching skills for rapid ideation.

• Technical & 3D Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and hands-on experience with industrial 3D modelling/rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Artios CAD, KeyShot, or Cinema 4D).

• Work Attribute: Self-motivated, highly independent, and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Languages: Professional fluency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Advantages (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in creating multimedia content for social media, e-commerce, and digital advertising.

• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects, or short-form video editors like CapCut/剪映) to support digital marketing campaigns.
