Position: Restaurant Crew

Salary Package: RM1,800 + Attendance Allowance RM300 + OT

Working Location: Taman Universiti, Skudai

Company Background: Restaurant (Halal)

Working days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 11am-3pm & 5pm-8:30pm

Job Descriptions:

• Greet and serve customers, introduce the menu, and recommend suitable food and beverages.
• Accurately take customer orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages, clear tables, reset dining areas, and replenish tableware when needed.
• Ensure the dining area remains clean, hygienic, and comfortable at all times.
• Assist with customers’ general enquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Assist with cashiering and payment collection when required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow the restaurant’s hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Assist with opening preparations and closing cleaning duties.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Must have experience in F&B
