• Prepare and record day-to-day financial transactions, journal entries, and general ledger accounts.
• Manage a full set of accounts independently to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, client billing, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Liaise directly with external auditors during financial audits and assist in reviewing internal financial controls.

• Possess two to four years of practical experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Demonstrate the proven ability to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Candidates without a degree will also be considered based on relevant hands-on accounting experience.
• Show proficiency in accounting software such as Peachtree and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and lookups.
• Exhibit strong numerical accuracy, analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
