Your role
To succeed, you will need

- Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot Edwards products.
- Provide on-site technical support ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve or escalate equipment issues promptly.
- Follow safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
- Prepare service reports and give accurate feedback.
- Manage service notifications, work orders, and documentation.
- Participate in on-call support and respond to emergencies.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Comply with customer site rules and company policies.
- Complete administrative tasks, training, and duties as assigned.

- Strong customer focus and timely solution delivery.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and escalate issues.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Proficient in computer systems for reporting.
- Ability to understand technical documents and drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or related field.
- Preferred experience in field service or customer technical support.

Job location
Option 1: On-Site
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Tainan, Taiwan (TW). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
