Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
• Attend to customer enquiries, service requests, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Register, update, and monitor service, repair, warranty, and RMA cases.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, service centres, and internal departments regarding repair and warranty matters.
• Follow up on pending repairs, replacement units, warranty claims, quotations, and service requests.
• Provide regular updates to customers on service and repair status.
• Allocate technical support requests to the appropriate technician or support team.
• Assist in coordinating onsite services, preventive maintenance visits, and Resident Engineer schedules.
• Support project-related administrative tasks, including documentation, service scheduling, reporting, and customer communication.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, delivery orders, warranty records, quotations, and other related documentation.
• Assist technicians with administrative and operational coordination to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and update service systems, trackers, and customer databases.
• Support company sales campaigns, customer events, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, warranty and RMA activities will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination and excellent time management skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
