• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing

• Experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Identify and engage potential business customers and prospects through social media and digital channels.

• Handle sales enquiries, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets/KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Cantonese-speaking B2B clients.

• Create and manage engaging content in Cantonese and Chinese.

• Monitor social media performance, customer engagement, leads, and conversion rates.

• Conduct market research to identify Cantonese market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up and delivery of customer requirements.

• Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and campaign performance.

• Monthly Sales Incentive: 20% KPI-based
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
