• Position: Purchasing Officer (Procurement / Manufacturing)

• Location: Changi North Street

• Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 8.00am to 5.30pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Engineering and Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders and purchase requisitions.

• Source and identify suitable suppliers.

• Compare quotations and evaluate supplier pricing.

• Negotiate pricing, credit terms and delivery schedules.

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Update order details in the internal database.

• Maintain purchase, delivery and invoice records.

• Coordinate with store staff on stock levels and storage matters.

• Support other purchasing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Administrative Management, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.

• At least 1 year of purchasing, procurement or related experience.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams and store staff.

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to follow up on orders and delivery timelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable updating purchasing records.
