ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting activities.
• Monitor the bank balances and manage the cashflow requirements.
• Input and maintain accounting record/data into excel worksheet and accounting software accurately and timely.
• Handle monthly GST submission.
• Liaise with Auditor for year-end auditing.
• Preferably familiar with bank facilities – TR, LC, DA, DP
• Other admin, HR and ad-hoc duties
• Job Requirements:

• Min. Education Level: GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level / NITEC/HNITEC/
• Diploma in Accounting/ Business Studies (Administration) or related courses.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in handling accounts in the manufacturing sector will be preferred.
• Knowledge in accounting software or similar and MS office.
• Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently.
