Senior Sales Engineer | Healthcare Software | Singapore

Up to $200k base + annual performance bonus + lucrative separate commission plan

Halcyon Knights is partnering with an established global healthcare software provider to hire a Senior Sales Engineer in Singapore, covering Southeast Asia.

Join a successful sales team where your technical expertise helps win major healthcare deals. You’ll combine hands-on development with customer-facing presales, designing solutions, building POCs and demonstrating how complex healthcare systems can work together.

The role

• Lead technical discovery and solution architecture with customers and partners.

• Build and present POCs, product demonstrations and integrations.

• Support technical evaluations and help the sales team win business.

• Advise on database design, migration, deployment and performance.

• Provide hands-on development, technical guidance and training.

What you’ll bring

• Strong software engineering skills in Java, C# or C++, alongside Python.

• Healthcare software experience across clinical systems, EPR/EMR or health information exchange.

• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR and healthcare interoperability.

• Strong SQL skills and experience with multiple database platforms.

• Experience designing and deploying complex applications and integrations.

• Confidence presenting to technical and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with cloud architecture and modern AI technologies.
