Job Overview

PU Prime is looking for a proactive, highly organised Senior Brand Executive to drive the execution of brand experiences and marketing initiatives across international markets.

Working closely with the Brand team, you will support three core areas: Events & Field Marketing, CSR/ESG Programmes, and Industry Awards.

You will be responsible for executing approved marketing strategies and activation concepts into high-quality deliverables — managing timelines, vendors, stakeholders, creative assets, budgets and post-activation reporting.

This is a hands-on execution role that requires strong ownership, creative judgement and operational discipline. You should be comfortable managing multiple regional projects independently, anticipating risks and ensuring that every activation delivers value beyond simply completing the event or campaign.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of execution, solve problems proactively and keep projects moving.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Field Marketing Execution

  • Independently coordinate and execute assigned exhibitions, conferences, networking events, seminars and regional brand activations.
  • Manage event logistics, vendor sourcing, production schedules, merchandise, attendee arrangements and operational budgets.
  • Coordinate Sales travel and networking requests, including event evaluation documentation, travel applications, registration, briefing materials and post-event follow-ups.
  • Work with Sales and regional teams to implement lead collection, QR registration, community participation and post-event follow-up mechanisms.
  • Coordinate event marketing deliverables across pre-event promotion, on-ground engagement, content capture and post-event amplification.
  • Ensure all events meet approved branding, compliance, production and execution standards.
  • Maintain event execution trackers, flag risks early and prepare complete handovers when required.

CSR / ESG Programme Activation

  • Support research, outreach and evaluation of NGO and community partners based on defined strategic criteria.
  • Coordinate approved CSR/ESG programmes across local partners, vendors, regional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop execution timelines, logistics plans, budgets, content requirements and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Coordinate programme documentation, beneficiary information, content permissions, photo/video production and impact reporting.
  • Work with PR, Social and Creative teams to translate CSR activities into authentic, high-quality brand storytelling.
  • Ensure programme execution aligns with PU Prime's brand values, local requirements and approved objectives.

Industry Awards & Brand Reputation Activation

  • Maintain an organised awards pipeline covering relevant opportunities, categories, deadlines, costs, submissions and results.
  • Coordinate organiser communication, supporting documents, submissions, approvals and ceremony arrangements.
  • Support the evaluation of award opportunities through research on credibility, audience relevance, media exposure and commercial value.
  • Execute approved award amplification plans across PR, websites, social media, regional marketing and internal communications.
  • Coordinate award-related creative assets, winner announcements, spokesperson opportunities and event coverage.
  • Ensure award wins are actively promoted rather than treated as standalone recognitions.

Creative Production & Brand Quality Control

  • Prepare detailed creative and production briefs for event assets, booth designs, merchandise, promotional materials, photography and video.
  • Conduct first-line reviews of copy, visual assets and video edits to ensure brand consistency, messaging clarity and production quality.
  • Consolidate actionable feedback for internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose event, CSR and award materials into additional brand content.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to activation experiences, content formats and audience engagement mechanics.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Independently manage assigned projects from approved briefs through execution and completion.
  • Maintain accurate workback schedules, deliverable trackers, budgets, stakeholder responsibilities and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Regional Marketing, Creative, PR, Compliance, Finance and external partners.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding actions and escalate risks with recommended solutions.
  • Ensure timely internal communication, approval requests and project handovers.
  • Support improvements to marketing SOPs, workflows, vendor management and execution efficiency.

Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Track event and activation performance, including brand exposure, content output, engagement, leads, costs and downstream commercial outcomes where available.
  • Prepare accurate post-activation reports covering objectives, execution, results, insights and recommendations.
  • Gather feedback from Sales and relevant stakeholders to identify improvements.
  • Present project updates and execution recommendations clearly to the Brand team and management.
  • Maintain organised records of project budgets, invoices, vendors, performance results and lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • 3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, event marketing, marketing operations, campaign execution or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple marketing projects with overlapping deadlines.
  • Strong project management, vendor coordination and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience supporting offline events, regional activations and digital marketing deliverables.
  • Ability to review marketing copy, creative assets and video content with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, quotations, invoices, approval workflows and performance reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear management updates and presentations.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Comfortable working across international teams and time zones.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Preferred

  • Experience in Forex, CFD, fintech or financial services marketing.
  • Exposure to CSR/ESG programmes, awards marketing, PR or reputation-building initiatives.
  • Experience working with external creative agencies, event organisers and production vendors.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, lead tracking, CRM systems and project management tools.
  • Experience coordinating multi-market marketing activities.
  • Additional language capabilities relevant to PU Prime's regional markets.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first three months, you should be able to:

  • Independently manage assigned brand activations with minimal follow-up.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget and to a consistently high quality standard.
  • Maintain complete visibility of ongoing workstreams, deadlines, risks and next actions.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Produce professional creative briefs, execution plans and post-activation reports.
  • Contribute ideas that improve brand exposure, engagement and commercial value.
  • Allow the Brand Experience Lead to focus on strategy, opportunity development and higher-value partnerships rather than routine operational coordination.
