• Degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in manufacturing (sales, customer service, production planning, shipping, logistics or project-related positions)
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Liaise with the sales team and customers regarding orders.
• Perform data entry and update information in the system.
• Prepare and manage relevant documents and sales/order-related documentation.
• Be based at the vendor’s factory to monitor:

-Production schedule and progress

-Product quality

-shipment/delivery status

-inventory levels

• Follow up with vendors to ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
