About Us
Happinayls Pte Ltd (Vainpot) is a Singapore-based nail supplies distributor and retailer. We carry more than 20 nail brands and sell them through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, our Shopify store, retail partners such as Watsons and Guardian, and pop-up events. We're a small team, so you'll get hands-on experience across brand marketing, retail and eCommerce from day one.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Marketing
Plan and carry out campaigns and product launches for Vainpot and our partner brands
Create content for Instagram, TikTok and EDMs, including product shoots, short videos and promotional visuals
Support live streams, pop-up events and brand activations
Retail & Account Management
Manage product listings at retail partners: item creation, ranging and store allocation
Process and track purchase orders, and coordinate deliveries to stores
Monitor in-store displays, stock levels and promotions
Principal Brand Management
Act as the day-to-day contact for our principal brands on launches, marketing materials and stock planning
Keep product information, pricing and assortment records up to date
Prepare sales reports for brand partners and retailers
eCommerce
Manage listings and campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify
Track sales and campaign results, and suggest improvements
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Design or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided
Passionate about beauty, nails and social media
Creative, with a good eye for visuals and content
Comfortable with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite
Organised and good with details, able to manage several brands and deadlines
Good spoken and written English. Mandarin is a plus for working with suppliers.
Proactive and comfortable with both creative and operational work
Available on some weekends for events and launches
Good to Have
Internship experience in beauty, retail, FMCG or eCommerce
Experience creating beauty or nail content on social media
Can do your own nails or apply gel polish
What We Offer
Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm
Hands-on training in brand management, retail operations and eCommerce
Experience working directly with major retailers and international beauty brands
