Role Description

The Growth Equity Analyst / Growth Equity Associate / Growth Equity Investment Manager evaluates investment opportunities in growing businesses with established commercial traction. Responsibilities include sourcing potential investments, researching markets, analysing business performance, building valuation models, and supporting due diligence and transaction execution.

Growth Equity Analyst positions conduct company research, assess financial and operating metrics, and prepare investment materials. Growth Equity Associate positions coordinate due diligence workstreams, evaluate growth plans, and contribute to investment recommendations and deal execution. Growth Equity Investment Manager positions lead opportunity assessment, develop relationships with founders and advisers, and present proposals to investment committees. All positions collaborate with investment teams and portfolio companies to monitor performance and support sustainable value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in growth equity, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, business valuation, and investment analysis.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, including growth forecasts, scenario analysis, and investment return assessments.
• Ability to evaluate market potential, competitive positioning, business models, and growth strategies.
• Experience analysing revenue quality, customer retention, unit economics, and capital requirements.
• Strong research skills and the ability to translate findings into clear investment recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when working with founders, advisers, and internal stakeholders.
• Sound commercial judgement, attention to detail, and discretion when handling confidential investment information.
• For investment manager positions, demonstrated experience leading due diligence, coordinating transactions, and presenting investment cases; experience supporting portfolio company growth is an advantage.
