The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You aren’t just managing a floor; you are cultivating an environment where quality and service are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily inventory management, strategic staff rostering, and the seamless execution of small-scale events.

• Team Leadership: Act as a mentor to our staff, focusing heavily on training, development, and maintaining a high-performance culture.

• Standards & Safety: Ensure the venue strictly adheres to store compliance, health, and safety regulations.

• Guest Experience: Maintain a visible, "hands-on" presence on the floor to drive high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years in management role in restaurant within a high-volume, premium dining setting.

• Excellent spoken of English and Cantonese are essential; basic proficiency in Mandarin will be an absolute advantage.

• A strong, demonstrable passion for fine ingredients, wine, and culinary trends.
