Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the accounts of all group companies.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during account reviews and audits.
• Ensure billing, revenue recognition, and contractual terms align with audit and compliance standards.
• Oversee office administration, including procurement and inventory management.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation, reports, and explanations related to client accounts
• Assist in HR functions such as payroll processing and employee records maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles.
• Proven experience managing high-value or strategic accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
