Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product design, from
user research and journey mapping to wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI
.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements.
Develop and maintain
design systems, reusable components, and UX/UI standards
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, shape product direction, and support Agile delivery.
Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Present design rationale and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices.
Requirements
Degree in
Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Digital Media
, or a related discipline.
At least
5 years of relevant experience
in Product Design, UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or related roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating
end-to-end product design experience
and delivered digital products.
Proficient in
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
, or equivalent design tools.
Strong knowledge of
user-centred design, interaction design, usability, accessibility, and responsive design
.
Experience in
user research, usability testing, prototyping, and design validation
.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as
React, Tailwind
, or equivalent.
Experience working in
Agile environments
and collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience mentoring junior designers or contributing to design standards is an advantage.
