Job Title

Operations Executive (Airfreight – Import & Export)

Location

Changi Cargo Complex, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end airfreight shipments (import & export)
• Prepare and handle shipping documentation (e.g. AWB, MAWB, invoices, packing lists)
• Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, agents, and customers for shipment arrangements
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients
• Arrange cargo collection, delivery, and clearance where required
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Support operational planning when required
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and operational activities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or relevant interest)
• Experience required
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
