You will be responsible for supporting the company’s marketingand sales activities while managing key quantity surveying and commercialtasks. Your role will involve preparing quotations and tenders, monitoringproject costs, sourcing materials, managing claims and variations, andcoordinating closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and the projectteam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates,and tender submissions.
• Conduct quantitytake-offs and assist with pricing and cost analysis.
• Monitor project costs,budgets, and commercial performance.
• Source and obtaincompetitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage claims,variations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with clientsto understand project requirements and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Liaise with suppliers,subcontractors, and the project team to ensure timely delivery andcost-effective solutions.
• Develop and maintaingood relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support marketing andbusiness development activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare salesproposals, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
• Follow up on quotationsand tenders to convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Maintain accuraterecords of quotations, costs, contracts, claims, and project documentation.
• Assist the managementteam with commercial, sales, and project-related matters as required.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Requirements

• Diploma/Degreein Quantity Surveying, Construction, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3years of relevant experience in construction, QS, sales, or marketing.
• Experiencein quotations, tenders, costing, claims, and variations.
• Strongcommunication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Goodknowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ableto work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive,organised, and customer-focused.
